SNOW REMOVAL  .. Things to remember ...

-   Priority List; there is no priority list of Units to be plowed first

-   Plowing; plowing occurs if there is 2” of snow accumulation and weather forecast

-   At 2” accumulation & forecast of continued snowfall multiple pushes may occur

-   Please be patient, we are one of several communities that our contractor services, 
        their dispatch service will determine the most efficient route for their teams to take based on conditions.

-   Salt; our Contractor will ONLY salt as part of a push (based on weather forecast) 

-   They will not return to the site for salting between thaw and freeze. 

-   If your driveway or sidewalks are icy from thawing & freezing melt, 

        the Association will provide Ice Melt at the Community Center (in a Bin inside the front door)
        please bring your own small container and take ONE SCOOP for use around your Unit

-   If you choose to buy your own ‘salt’ please ensure it’s ‘ice melt’ not salt

-   Drifting Snow; this is not considered snowfall, and if drifting snow accumulates on sidewalk or driveways. 
        Unit Owners should sweep or shovel as they feel appropriate
