Association Pool

Season: Opens weekend of Memorial Day, Closes the weekend after Labor Day
Hours: The pool is open daily during the swimming season from 10:00 AM until 09:00 PM 

The pool is for the exclusive use and enjoyment of the Unit Owners and their guests.

•  All persons using the pool facilities do so at their own risk and sole responsibility THERE ARE NO Lifeguards.

• Unit Owner guests 12 years and under must be accompanied by anyone of any age with life-saving capabilities when at the pool.

• Guests are limited to four (4) per household and must be accompanied by a Unit Owner. 

• THE POOL GATE MUST BE LOCKED AT ALL TIMES PER TOWNSHIP ZONING.
  
  

The following are PROHIBITED in the pool area;

Animals or pets (service animals are an exception)

Glass or other breakable items

Running, DIVING, splashing or disruptive behavior

Excessive noise or radios without headphones

Private pool parties

Rafts and body floats

Electrical devices

Smoking

• The restroom floors can be slippery when wet.  Please dry off before you enter the restrooms to ensure the safety of all guests.

• Wet ATTIRE is not permitted in the Community Center lounge area.

• All incontinent individuals must wear waterproof pants (only swim diapers are allowed).

• Please take all personal trash with you.

• Keep outside restroom doors closed, air conditioning may be in use.
