Association Pool
Season: Opens weekend of Memorial Day, Closes the weekend after Labor Day
Hours: The pool is open daily during the swimming season from 10:00 AM until 09:00 PM
The pool is for the exclusive use and enjoyment of the Unit Owners and their guests.
Solely for safety and liability concerns ANY person(s) who cannot be identified as a Unit Owner or who is not accompanied by a Unit Owner, will be asked to leave the pool are
1) All persons using the pool facilities do so at their own risk and sole responsibility THERE ARE NO Lifeguards.
2) Unit Owner guests 12 years and under must be accompanied by anyone of any age with life-saving capabilities when at the pool. If you leave for the restroom, please have children under 12 out of the pool until you return.
3) Guests are limited to four (4) per household and must be accompanied by a Unit Owner.
4) THE POOL GATE MUST BE LOCKED AT ALL TIMES PER TOWNSHIP ZONING.
5) The following are PROHIBITED in the pool area;
Animals or pets (service animals are an exception)
Private pool parties
Glass or other breakable items
Rafts and body floats
Running, DIVING, splashing or disruptive behavior
Electrical devices
Excessive noise or radios without headphones
Smoking
6) The restroom floors can be slippery when wet. Please dry off before you enter the restrooms to ensure the safety of all guests.
7) The pool is open daily during the swimming season from 10:00 AM until 09:00 PM.
8) Daily Pool Cleaning; when the Pool Service Contractor is on site to clean/sweep the pool,
Unit Owners will be asked to exit the pool (for approx 30 min) during the cleaning.
9) Please take all personal trash with you when you leave. Do not leave garbage, food, diapers, etc. in the bathroom trash cans.
10) Wet attire is not permitted in the Community Center lounge area.
11) All incontinent individuals must wear waterproof pants (only swim diapers are allowed).
12) Keep outside restroom doors closed, air conditioning may be in use.
